Meet Dr. Kaplan
Dr. Kate Kaplan is passionate about helping people optimize their days AND nights. With 20 years of experience in sleep disorders, anxiety and stress, and mood disorders, she understands the critical link between good sleep at night and good psychological functioning in the daytime.
Dr. Kaplan’s passion for these areas began at Stanford University, where she received her B.A. and M.A., followed by a Ph.D. at the University of California Berkeley and two postdoctoral fellowships at Stanford School of Medicine. Alongside her psychology practice, Dr. Kaplan is a clinical faculty member at Stanford, collaborates on research, consults for companies and speaks globally.
